We prefer to work with in-network insurance plans. We do not set the price for your healthcare encounter, your insurance does. Please reference you benefit package or call your insurance and find out  patient responsibility that would be determined for the services with us.

  • We reserve our openings to our local residents from Renton, Kent, Maple Valley, Issaquah, Des Moines, Tukwila, Rainier Beach and outside this area we would decline the referral or assess case by case, to request an exception submit your request via waiting list link.

Our billing fees, your rate may change based on contract related negotiated discounts.  

$180* Initial assessment
$170* Per 53-minute session
$155* Per 38-52 minute session
$130* Per 16-37 minute session
$50* For 90 min group therapy (intake evaluation fees apply, accepting insurance)
$200* For crisis evaluation 
$20* Add on to regular sessions for play therapy, hypnosis, EMDR, and other complex interventions
*Your insurance determines your final fee and may adjust an amount to the contracted rate

Accepting cash, check, and all major credit cards
Your insurance company may pay a percentage of the cost of my therapy session. In this case, your co-pay becomes the  fee, while RCC collects the remainder of my fee from the insurance company. You agree to pay fees charged for services rendered and late fees accrued regardless if insurance pays or not. Even if insurance declines payment because they do not think you meet medical necessity, you will still pay the full balance owed for services rendered.

Make a Payment

We prefer that you set up user access to our patient portal through Therapy Appointment and make a payment there.  Please log into the patient portal and make a payment, if you don't have any log ins please email info@rentoncounselingcenter.com and request a link to activate the account. Once the link is received you have 48 hours to click on it and set up a user name. 

You can also make a credit card payment via InstaMed Merchant account, the name will display Vera Dragonchuk, it is correct and it is linked to Renton Counseling Center payment center, no worries, your payment will get applied correctly. Please be sure to list your name or account number.
