We are an insurance-based group practice.
Accepting Insurance/ Preferred providers
We are currently a participating provider with the following insurance companies:
We prefer to work with in-network insurance plans. We do not set the price for your healthcare encounter, your insurance does. Please reference you benefit package or call your insurance and find out patient responsibility that would be determined for the services with us. We are in network with listed providers above and out of network with Aetna, Tricare, and Medicare/Medicaid.
Direct billing to insurance companies for in-network, but this rate is discounted based on an insurance contract we have with the in-network plans.

Accepting cash, check, and all major credit cards
Your insurance company may pay a percentage of the cost of my therapy session. In this case, your co-pay becomes the fee, while RCC collects the remainder of my fee from the insurance company. You agree to pay fees charged for services rendered and late fees accrued regardless if insurance pays or not. Even if insurance declines payment because they do not think you meet medical necessity, you will still pay the full balance owed for services rendered.
Working out-of-network
We do not accept out of network/priate pay.

Do you have resources to private pay? You can call Psychologist contracting with our clinic, Dr. Lisa Vila at 206-294-6346, her going rate is $230.00 per hour.

Make a Payment
We prefer that you set up user access to our patient portal through therapy appointment and make a payment there. We have negotiated low credit card fees and it is the easiest way for us to manage patient billing. Please log into the patient portal and make a payment, if you don't have any log ins please email info@rentoncounselingcenter.com and request a link to activate the account.You can also make a credit card payment via InstaMed Merchant account, the name will display Vera Dragonchuk, it is correct and it is linked to Renton Counseling Center payment center.
